Holy moly, what an absolute gem! This place ticked all the boxes for us. The location was bang in the middle of everything we needed, making it a convenient base for our adventures. The staff were like superheroes with their super helpful and friendly attitudes. No problem was too big for them, they had us feeling like VIPs. And let me tell you, the breakfast spread was insane. We stuffed ourselves silly with the delicious selection. The layout of the hotel had this adorable charm to it, especially with those deep window sills in our room. We had plenty of space for all our souvenirs and knick knacks. Oh, and the cherry on top was how well-informed the reception dude was. He hooked us up with all the deets on the best places to eat, hangout, and catch a show. Seriously mind-blowing!

A decent size room with a comfortable bed, the staff was efficient. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to the nearby leisure centre, which was £10 for 24 hours and Restaurants, Pubs, Tourist Attractions, Canal and Theatres within walking distance for most people. I often went to Chadds to pick up some food.

Perfect place, it was spotless and had pleasant and accommodating staff at the reception desk. The location was great and unbeatable, near to a river and a park. The food they offered was brilliant, had lots of meals.

I was blown away by the affordable prices, especially considering the great location in the heart of the town centre. Speaking of location, I took the advice from another review and parked in the pub opposite, which made everything so convenient. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was a treat too, with scrambled eggs that were cooked to perfection. Oh, and I must mention the view from my room, which overlooked the charming coaching inn opposite. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway with everything just a short stroll away, from a range of restaurants and pubs to explore to a very famous theatre and a historical town, all linked through a lovely walk alongside the river. Great value for the price paid. The room was well-maintained and very comfortable.

Parking was a bit challenging like in most town centre locations, but this hotel doesn't offer a car park. It would have been very convenient if there was one.

One of the highlights of our stay was the very good continental breakfast, with a view across to the coaching inn opposite. The breakfast had a variety of options, including proper scrambled eggs and outstandingly moist Pains aux Raisins.

Celebrated New Year's Eve with my family at a budget hotel in a charming town. The location is ideal, within walking distance to the center. We found two off-site parking options, including a leisure center. The staff were welcoming, helpful and quick in attending to our needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable with efficient air conditioning. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of hot and cold options and great value for money.

The hotel has no on-site parking, and the parking options are not too close for those with mobility issues and not ideal for drop-off purposes. The hotel's layout is confusing, and there are stairs and elevators located in unexpected places and hard to follow.

Excellent location in the town centre. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast offered was adequate and unlimited, providing a good start to the day. I also appreciated the responsive customer service, as they promptly addressed our concerns and refunded us for our stay. I would recommend this hotel.
